New

I should be writing my mass communications paper right now, but I'm not. It was supposed to be due this coming Wednesday, but school is closed for Thanksgiving, so now it's due on Monday, yes, Monday. I currently have one (rough) paragraph, which I just wrote two minutes ago.
In this technology age, flocks of people are now turning to the internet as their main news source. For many, the internet is their link to the outside world. While online journalism is still a new media, the number of people who subscribe to a print newspaper is continuing to drop, which causes the industry leaders to wonder if newspapers, at least in their print form, are becoming a thing of the past.

But the first paragraph is always the hardest, so at least that's out of the way. Waiting until a couple days before to actually start the writing isn't unusual for me anyway. I spend most of my time researching and making notes. I did think I'd be further along by now though.
I started my new job on Tuesday. I don't remember if I ever said what it really was, so I will now. I do retail merchandising for the jewelry and trading cards at one of the local Target stores. It's mostly putting up new stock and straightening and making note if more product needs to be ordered. It's too early to tell if I like it yet, I still feel confused right now. Every time I get a new job there's a amount of time at the beginning where I just constantly feel like I'm going to do something wrong. I'm definitely in that zone right now.
This job takes less than ten hours of my time every week, but right now I'm unsure if I'll be able to do it next semester because I'm going to be taking five classes, instead of three. It will be easier to tell once I get adjusted to it.

/End boring stuff.

Right at this moment I'm listening to a band called Horse Feathers, I just listened to the entire album for the first time last night and I can already tell they are a new favorite. It's beautiful really. Maybe something like Rocky Votolato mets Castanets, yeah, that's a good description. Someone on Last.fm compared them to Iron & Wine, but I don't like Iron & Wine.

So,
Horse Feathers - Words Are Dead
If it has repeat listening capabilities it will receive the much sought after 5th star!
Other sounds as of late:
Brandtson - Hello, Control (and a half).
Lior - Autumn Flow
Ned Collette - Jokes & Trials
The Polyphonic Spree - Wait EP
