RIP Heath Ledger

We may never know the truth of the circumstances surrounding actor Heath Ledger's death, honestly I don't want to know. Before jumping to conclusions, let me explain. The reason I don't want to know is not because I'm afraid it will put him in a negative light, I don't want to know because it's none of my business.

I hate how the media wants to make it something bad, something terribly seedy and dramatic—why do we always want to think negatively of people? Why do they want us to think negatively of people?

Heath Ledger was a wonderful actor, I will miss seeing him in new movies. His friends and family are in my prayers.

I'll leave it at that.

  1. I can not agree with you more on your perspective. It is bad enough we have such a celebreity worhip culture now, but to add extra negativity is unthinkable.

  2. I wonder what our country/world would be like if people gave the attention currently given to actors and singers to remarkable people currently outside popular media. For instance, what if this attention were given to theologians, mathematicians, or aerospace engineers?
