Name That Tune
Yesterday, in the book I'm currently reading, The Devil in the White City, I was presented with this:
Can you name that tune? I did, just by looking at this piece of music I knew what it was and I had never seen the notes of it on paper before.

It's that snake charmer song right!! I think it's called like Streets of Cairo or something...
ReplyDeleteYes! It's actually used in several songs, something to do with the creator never getting a copyright, but Streets of Cairo is the most common. Good job!
ReplyDeleteI also read that book and was amazed when I hummed it out and recognized it immediately. I didn't know the name, but it's definitely the snake charmer song.
