I couldn't believe it actually happened to me so of course I had to take a picture. If you don't get it, I feel sorry for you.
Of the many blogs that I read one of them is that of Reed Fish, who wrote the movie I'm Reed Fish. In one entry he posted that he had some postcards for the movie and anyone who wanted one could email him with their address. So I emailed him and he emailed me back to say he was sending them, how nice. The other day I recieved an envelope from one Reed Fish containing:
I think it's really awesome that while I'm sure he's very busy with promoting the movie and things he still takes time to do stuff like this himself. It shows he really cares about what he's doing.
I uploaded this picture on Flickr right after I received them and today I got this interesting message:
Hi. i collect movie postcards
could you send me this Reed fish...?
regards from Spain
Who does that? I wasn't rude though, I simply gave them the address for Reed Fish's blog and told them they could probably contact him for some of their own.
Anyway, I feel very overwhelmed this week I haven't worked at all, which means I basically only have Friday to do what I would normally do in 2 or 3 days. Plus I have something new that has to be done tomorrow that I'm kind of nervous about. At least I found out that the rough draft deadline for newspaper articles is Monday, for some reason I was thinking it was Friday. But I still have to write a paper for my film class that is due tomorrow on Lost In Translation and Frida. I need at least another page for it and I'm having a hard time finding good sources for Frida.
