Right now there is a bicycle in my living room. It is roommate to the 8lbs I still need to lose; they're trying to kick each other out.
Eight pounds might not seem like much but it's a big deal, especially since my clothes would fit if I lost it.
I know people mean well when the say "but you look great" yeah, to you but not to me and not to my closet. Think about it this way: how would you feel if you gained 8lbs tomorrow?
Then there's days like today when I am forced, forced I tell you! to have pumpkin pie for breakfast because I'm out of cereal. But I did bike for 10 minutes or so and do pilates. And then I ate icecream with chocolate syrup and m&ms.
