Spammer Want Ad?

I am looking for an individual with experience, preferably, to manually comment on a list of blogs that I will give them. The comments with be about 25-50 characters, and related to the post, the list of blogs will likely be in the hundreds. My website will be entered in the link portion of the comment.

I am looking for commenter's not based in North America, preferably from india etc.

Send me a quote per comment, the price you'd expect.
I will expect a report also in excel, of the urls of all the comments.
